Priestess of Pura Besakih

One day i came to Pura Besakih temple in Bali, Indonesia, and i saw a beautiful priestess. Her eyeglass makes her beautiful appearance look strong and smart. The ideas of beautiful woman in Bali, based on the folklore of "Bidadari" . Some people in Indonesia compared beautiful girl or woman with Bidadari (angel).
"Your face as beauty as Bidadari", or somethings like that. But the truth is, the term "bidadari" may not be applied to all kind of beautiful women.
Based on Balinese Legend (Babad Bali), the right spelling of bidadari is "widya dari" or "widya dedari". "Widya" means knowledge, and "dedari" means female. The real term of Bidadari is applied to some beautiful creature or entities comes to earth with feminin appearance similiar to woman and high specific or esoteric knowledge to support the priest or Brahmana as the messenger of God. It means that this ladies who lives in the heaven are beautiful and smart. Their knowledge needed to teach the human and support the brahmen.
